These Terms of Service apply to online coaching packages purchased from JDM Fitness Club and JDM Academy.
By purchasing an online coaching package, you agree to these terms.

JDM Fitness Club offers online coaching packages designed to support training, nutrition, accountability, habits, lifestyle structure, mindset and wellbeing.
The available packages are:
Each package includes the services listed on the relevant sales page or checkout page at the time of purchase.
All online coaching packages are sold as a 6-month coaching commitment.
The purpose of the 6-month commitment is to allow enough time to build structure, develop habits, track progress, make adjustments and create long-term results.
By purchasing a package, you understand that you are committing to a 6-month coaching service.

Prices may be updated at any time, but this will not affect a package that has already been purchased.
Payment is made at checkout through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
Where available and approved, clients may be able to spread the cost using Klarna or another third-party payment option.
If you choose Klarna or another finance/payment provider, your payment agreement with that provider is separate from your coaching agreement with JDM Fitness Club. You are responsible for keeping up with any agreed instalments or payment terms with the provider.
JDM Fitness Club is not responsible for Klarna approval decisions, declined finance applications, instalment schedules, late payment fees, or credit decisions made by third-party providers.
After purchase, you will be asked to complete an onboarding process. This may include:
Your coaching plan can only be created properly once the required onboarding information has been provided.
Delays in completing onboarding forms may delay the start of your coaching service.
You agree to provide accurate and honest information during onboarding, check-ins and coaching communication.

JDM Fitness Club cannot be responsible for issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete or withheld information.
Online coaching is not medical advice.
JDM Fitness Club does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
You should speak to a doctor, specialist or qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training, nutrition or lifestyle programme, especially if you:
You must stop exercising and seek medical advice if you experience chest pain, dizziness, fainting, severe breathlessness, unusual pain, injury symptoms or any concerning health changes.
Nutrition support provided by JDM Fitness Club is for general coaching, education and accountability purposes.
It is not medical nutrition therapy and is not a substitute for advice from a registered dietitian, doctor or qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for informing your coach of allergies, intolerances, medical dietary requirements, medication interactions or any condition that may affect your nutrition.
The Elite Support Plan includes a biweekly 45-minute Mindset & Wellbeing Consultation.
These consultations are supportive coaching conversations focused on areas such as:
Mindset & Wellbeing Consultations are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, crisis support, trauma treatment or medical mental health care.
JDM Fitness Club does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
If you need support for depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts or any mental health crisis, you should contact a qualified healthcare professional, your GP, NHS 111, emergency services, or an appropriate crisis support service.
Your package will include the check-ins, calls and support described on the sales page or checkout page.
Calls must be booked at mutually suitable times.
If you need to rearrange a call, please give at least 24 hours' notice where possible.
Missed calls or late cancellations may be treated as used unless otherwise agreed.
WhatsApp support is included for coaching-related questions, accountability and guidance. It is not an emergency service and responses may not be immediate.
JDM Fitness Club will provide coaching, guidance, structure and accountability, but results cannot be guaranteed.
Your results will depend on many factors, including:
No specific fat loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, body composition change or health outcome is guaranteed.
As this is an online service purchase, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of entering the contract.
If you want coaching to start before the 14-day cooling-off period ends, you agree that JDM Fitness Club may begin providing the service immediately.
If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period after asking for the service to begin, you may be charged a reasonable amount for the service already provided, including consultation time, onboarding review, programme creation, nutrition setup, check-ins, admin work and any coaching already delivered.
If the service has not started and no work has been carried out, you may be entitled to a refund during the legal cooling-off period.

Please include your full name, package purchased and date of purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
After the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, the 6-month coaching package is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Because each package is based on a 6-month commitment and involves reserved coaching time, planning, support and personalised work, cancellations after the cooling-off period do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Any pauses, transfers, partial refunds or goodwill arrangements are at the discretion of JDM Fitness Club.
Approved refunds will normally be processed back to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider used at checkout.
If you paid using Klarna or another third-party payment provider, any approved refund may be handled through that provider's process.
JDM Fitness Club is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, Klarna, banks or other payment providers.
In some circumstances, JDM Fitness Club may agree to pause your coaching temporarily.
This may apply in cases such as illness, injury, medical issues or significant life events.
Pauses are not guaranteed and must be agreed in writing.
All training plans, nutrition guidance, documents, check-in forms, educational materials, videos, PDFs and coaching resources are owned by JDM Fitness Club unless stated otherwise.
They are provided for your personal use only.
You must not copy, share, sell, distribute, upload, publish or use JDM Fitness Club materials for another person or business without permission.
JDM Fitness Club reserves the right to end coaching without refund if a client is abusive, threatening, dishonest, repeatedly inappropriate, or acts in a way that makes the coaching relationship unworkable.
JDM Fitness Club may make reasonable changes to how coaching is delivered, including changes to forms, platforms, communication methods, call scheduling, or programme delivery systems.
Any changes will not remove the core service you purchased.
You are responsible for having access to the technology needed for online coaching, such as a smartphone, internet connection, email, WhatsApp and any agreed coaching platform.
JDM Fitness Club is not responsible for missed support or delays caused by your own technology issues, lack of internet access or failure to check messages.
JDM Fitness Club may collect personal information needed to provide coaching, including contact details, health information, progress information, photos, measurements, training history and nutrition information.
Your information will be handled with care and used for coaching purposes.
A separate Privacy Policy should explain how your data is collected, stored and used.
Online coaching is intended for clients aged 18 or over.
Clients under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
JDM Fitness Club will provide coaching with reasonable care and skill.
You understand that all exercise and lifestyle changes carry some level of risk.
JDM Fitness Club is not liable for injury, illness, loss or damage caused by:
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
